This one starts out with two clicks worth of hourglasses and Ghost. So for
the first two turns, you get to move around, grab a victim or two, and get
into position for the killing to begin. After the hourglasses are done, he
gains the (relatively useless) power of Assassin and a nice click of
Invulnerable. Lacking the area effect of the Rookie, he's not nearly as fun,
but he does have better starting attack and damage values. Also, he's a
member of the Furies cabal, which has a nice Cabal power, even if the Cabal
itself is currently lacking many useful characters.
