Rookie Executed Convict grew up big and strong - almost. Back to form with Rage Lightning and an opening Invulnerable Click, the Veteran starts out powerful. Unfortunately, due to his rapidly dropping attack value, I'd suggest using him much the same way as the Rookie - as a clean-up crew. His damage spikes towards the end of his dial, but really, with such poor attack values at that point, it's almost useless to have 4 damage.
