Scare - Targets of this monster’s attacks get –1 to their defense values. Intimidate - Instead of moving this monster, you can move an adjacent victim 1 space. Gas Powered Carnage (Slash) - If the attack succeeds, roll a d6 before dealing damage. Replace this monster’s damage value with the result.
SIDE B
"When the curtain finally rose, the masked man was revealed on the stage. The noise, as I initially suspected, was that of a gas-powered chainsaw. The other noise, which I had not immediately grasped, was the sound of the theater manager gurgling his last breaths. The masked man had cut him up like cordwood, leaving his insides for all of us to see. Ignoring the screams erupting throughout the Opera House, the fiend just laughed and continued his bloody butcher's work."

Thoughts: from HK-47
He has amazing attack values but abysmal defence. Everyone, even rookies, know how damaging he his. So he is often target number 1 and his poor defence sees him go down fast in these cases.

Sculpt: 7
Grasping a heavy duty chainsaw with a pissed look on his face, he looks great. The detailed blood splattered on his business uniform looks very nice and as if someone took time on it. I abhor the mask that is over his eyes. It looks silly and out of place and the entire sculpt overall would have been much better without it.
Dial/Stats:8.5
This guy was made for one thing, slashin'. Blood him, then frenzy into your opponent and reduce their defense by one and attack with slash for a possible six damage. His low defense makes him extremely easy to hit, but thats not a big problem because he's cheap and after he does some damage he retains slash and a good to average attack value.
Gameplay: 8
He plays as he should, rush in, deal some damage, get hit, deal more damage, and so on and so forth. When he dies, no biggie because he was a mere 35 points. He sees quite a bit of play (as do most characters with slash and high AVs) and is a handy piece to have around if someone needs finishing off or if you need to deal some licks in on an Invulnerable piece (Executed Convict comes to mind).
Overall: 8
This guy simply does what he was made to do, frenzy and slash for a bunch of damage. Cheap and versatile, he can basically die and it won't really matter as long as he does some damage. Most people have him and if you don't he's easy to get, just buy a starter.
