Scorch's legs and arms pumped furiously as he chased after the meddling kids that hobo had delayed him from dealing with.  Scabbed-over wounds suddenly reopened with his efforts, weeping pus, and he grinned wickedly as he cornered them in the funhouse.  Then, as he raised his jug, an ethereal outline of a door appeared behind the ankle biters.  A ghostly and familiar-looking hand adorned with a broken shackle ushered the imps inside, and then the wall sealed as if it had never been.
