In the bright sun on the roof of his shop, Burt took careful aim, a grin spreading across his face as he watched the head of another zombie disintegrate through the lens of the sniper scope. Yeah, he knew his food wouldn't last forever, and things might get grim a couple months down the line, but he was ready for that. He lovingly patted one of his innumerable boxes of explosives as he levelled the rifle again.

Wink Wink Wink Secondary attacker figure; fill the ranks with this figure

Our first true Guardian in Nightmares, the GENERIC Survivalist brings us awesomeness for only 25 points! What does 25 points get you? 6 clicks of My Cold Dead Hand! This new orobouros power allows the Survivalist to drop a ?grenade? when he expires, dealing 1 damage to adjacent opposing monsters. He has hourglasses to open with and on click 4; be sure to remember them for they are his most vulnerable clicks?a smart opponent would drop him when he?s lying on his back on click 4 with a Stamina figure to ensure less carnage in late game when many monsters would be susceptible to MCDH?s ?area? effect. His raw stats are awesome: on his non-hourglass clicks, he has Eat This?(Grenade) and Explosive Ammo (Hunter), which ensures he can deliver the most damage in a short time, especially against Zombies, with AVs of 8 and hulking up to 9 on the last 2 clicks. Damage also rises from 2 to 3 on the last 2 clicks, which will blow away any unsuspecting, lumbering Zombie! His weakness would have to come from his Maniac (Focus), where he gets a penalty to Defense if he is acting (-1 for each token) and starting at only 15 DV and gaining Maniac when he hits his 14 DV clicks, ending at 13; so watch out for incoming attacks where he can just be knocked out in one hit. Still, for 25 points, you get a great dial-full power in My Cold Dead Hand and his role as an awesome back-up Zombie clean up? Sign me up!
