Lost, tired, and cold, Valbjorn trudged slowly up the side of the rapidly darkening valley. Suddenly he saw a shape step in front of the moon and stop. Silhouetted perfectly was one of the largest reindeer Valbjorn had ever seen. "Perhaps this hunt will be successful after all," he thought to himself as he brought his rifle to his shoulders. As the corsshairs settled on the shadow's head, Valbjorn felt a chill. The creature was looking directly at him, and its icy stare was only slightly more terrifying than the fact that he could see the light of the moon through the holes in its skull.
