Though this card looks cool, it is actually the worst of the Alien Plot Twists. It stops a victim in it's tracks, but it is really just a poor substitute for Cold Spot - minus the possible re-roll. There are really only 2 reasons use this card: (1) thematic license; (2) backup to Cold Spot.
