Play this card when a chosen victim is selected. Roll a d6. On a result of 5 or 6, deal 1 damage to an opposing monster adjacent to the chosen victim, and then remove the chosen victim from the game.

This is a great victim denial card.  The only drawback being that you have to be playing an Alien.  Who wants to play them anyway?  (Apparently, that would be everyone who is not accusing them of being Cheese!)  With this card, as soon as a victim is selected, you can smack the Monster next to them on a roll of 5 or 6.  Even if they somehow avoid the damage, the victim is still removed with a Ripley-churning shriek!!  (Too bad you can’t use it to smack a friendly Runaway model into action.)
