Review: by Matt Pittman (mpittman) One of the more useful plot twists, as it allows you to inflict damage to your opponents monster(as long as it tries to slay a female victim). If they don't have Stamina, then they are in for some pain. You can also save the victim and move it one space away as an added bonus. The art on the card is fairly plain, but shows a good picture of what is happening. I usually always carry one of these in my crypt because I can't resist doing free damage at no cost. |

| Review: by Nate "RedNinja" Gleason 8.5/10 - This would be an excellent Plot Twist if it did away with one of it's two major restrictions - either that it can only be used by females and has no male counterpart, or that it has no effect against monsters with Stamina or Invulnerable. Still, the fact that it doesn't use a die roll, deals a point of damage, and allows the victim to move 2 spaces (including the space moved from the prevented slaying) is a great combination of effects to have present. This is a Plot Twist that you should always consider using, depending on the army you'll be playing against. |
