6/10 - This is a cool card, but no better than the card "Frozen With Fear". In reality, it's actually a bit worse - the "You Must Have a Slasher" requirement is easy enough to fulfill, but the requirement of a female victim, while making me quite happy in the pants to imagine, is severely more limiting then "Frozen With Fear".
If you didn't get the message - Just play "Frozen With Fear". Same effect, easier to play.
