You can play this card only if a Just After Sunset card is in play.  When this card is played, remove all other ticking clock cards that have been played from the game.

Once on your turn, you can reroll one attack roll made for an Occultist, A Slasher, or a Spirit you control; you must use the rerolled result.

1/10 - In the Base Set's cycle of Ticking Clock cards, there are two cards where your chain of cards can be broken before you even get to the card that you want - these are "Ticking Clock: Stroke of Midnight" and "Ticking Clock: Just Before Dawn". But besides the fact that they can be easily nullified, these two cards require you to fill up half of your crypt with the required Plot Twists, meaning they can potentially waste half of your entire crypt of Plot Twists.
These two cards are barely worth considering. If you want the reroll effect they grant, you should just pack your crypt with Plot Twists such as "Broke a Heel" or "Cold Spot" that can be used to produce the same effect.
