7.5/10 - Most of the cards that require a 50% chance die roll to prevent a slaying are pretty good cards, a little bit better than average, and certainly worth playing. What we get out of this Plot Twist is a slaying and a potential point of damage, which is what you would probably come to expect of such cards, and something I have no real complaints about. Luckily the damage and prevented slaying aren't connected, meaning it'll even prevent monsters with Stamina or Invulnerable from slaying the victim.
This is a solid Plot Twist that I play rather frequently. I would definitely suggest it, if only for it's versatility against the monsters that would-be slaying. |
