9/10 - Spree. Slash. Deadshot. Righteous. We're all intimidated by these powerful abilities, among others that we've seen or will see in the future. But the question this card asks is this - "What's your Damage Value like, behind that scary ability?"
The ability to ignore a Dependant Power is huge. Anything that attempts to frenzy with abilities like Spree or Slash will be reduced to a single point of damage, effectively wasting a turn if they attack a monster with Stamina or Invulnerable. But even outside of a frenzy attack, any monster with such Dependant Powers tends to have a Damage Value of 2 or less, severely reducing the potential of the attack. However, some anomalies exist that "Experimental Injection" won't help with. For example, the Unique figure Corp. Commander has an attack of 3 behind his Deadshot ability.
It's a potent little combat trick that'll work against most armies. This is a great Plot Twist that you should at least try out.
