8/10 - There really isn't a lot to say about the strategically elements of this card - It removes victims from the game when slain. It slows down monsters with Spree or any other effect that requires victims to be on a monsters card. But most importantly, it does this consistently, requiring no die roll or unpredictable requirement whatsoever.
   If you're playing against something with Spree, this is a nice Plot Twist to have. But as it was only available as a promotion in Scrye magazine's 106th issue, you'll have to find one outside of booster packs.
