IWF Storyline Cabals

A cabal is a group of monsters working under the leadership of a powerful monster called a cabal leader.

For the IWF Storyline Events we have broadened the cabals as follows:

Symbol:	Leader: Hellboy
Power: B.P.R.D. This monster gets +1 to its attack value for every friendly member of its cabal adjacent to the target.
